An accepted file isn't the end of the job. Ritatax keeps track of what SARS holds, what still needs fixing and what hasn't been declared.
- SARS response codes explained, with a suggested fix for each row
- Every rejected row linked back to its source file, sheet and row
- Follow-up files that send only what SARS doesn't hold yet
- Private, expiring links for organisations to correct their own details
- Each practice's records and files kept separate, in private storage

New schedules use the same import, check and submit steps, so your team doesn't learn a new tool for each return. Try every submission in test before you send it live.

Questions
Want to ask something about Ritatax?
Which IT3 schedules does Ritatax cover?
IT3(d), for Section 18A donations, is available now. IT3(b), IT3(c) and IT3(e) come in the next release, and IT3(s) after that.
Does Ritatax send the file to SARS for me?
You download the finished file and upload it on the secure SARS HTTPS portal. You then upload SARS's response files to Ritatax, which reads them and links every rejected row back to its source.
Is a submission finished once SARS accepts the file?
Not yet. SARS also needs the IT3-02 declaration. Ritatax tracks it separately, so you can see which submissions still need one.
Can I try it before submitting for real?
Yes. Submissions can be made in a test environment that's kept apart from live, so a trial run is never mistaken for a real one.
What does the Free plan include?
One client organisation, one reporting entity and one user, for the current reporting period, which runs from 1 September to 31 August. When a new period starts, the earlier period's submissions are removed. Your organisation and its details stay.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, with VAT included, and paid securely with Yoco by card or Instant EFT. We email a payment link before each renewal.
